Throughout the building you will find high ceilings with beautiful wooden beams, making all communal areas very spacious and light. Windows and doors are trimmed with beautifully twisted fencing (Mexico Lindo), which adds to the hacienda style experience of the house. The security of the villa is well taken care off as well as the energy with 2 sunny boys systems for private and B&B with a total of 48 solar panels. For the water supply in the spacious garden, the deep well water and the fully installed drip system are used. Electricity and water meters from private and B&B are separate. Upon entering through the large gate there is plenty of parking space for several cars. In addition to the possibility of Bed and Breakfast, the building would also be very suitable as a home for seniors, for example. There is the possibility to build on the property.

Neighbourhood: Toni Kunchi is a centrally located, quiet and elegant residential area. Close to shops, schools, restaurants and easy access routes for the various beaches that Banda Riba Curacao has.
